Types of Requests
- 💎 Updates – simple updates to existing websites, documents, or other files can often be completed within a week.
- 🌱 New materials – creating new items, such as web pages, documents, emails, and videos take at least 2 weeks to create after approved content has been received
- 🔮 Recommendations – connect with the marketing team about new ideas and opportunities like sponsorships, content, marketing data, and strategy
- âš Urgent requests – Incorrect or misleading information or critical deadlines can be prioritized as needed
- 📅 Event promotion – promoting events must be coordinated at least 6 weeks in advance
